$300,000 Settlement

We recovered a $300,000 settlement from a local dentist and dental clinic for excessive bleeding following a tooth extraction procedure. The clinic had not determined whether the patient was on blood thinners before the procedure, and did not react when they received information of continued bleeding in the evening after the procedure. Cantor Injury Law prepared a lawsuit and a timed settlement demand was accepted prior to its filing.
