At Cantor Injury Law, LLC, we give back to the community as much as possible. Our very own Mark Cantor was recently featured and interviewed in The J Journal under the Donor Spotlight section, which “take[s] a look at some of the special gibborim or heroes of the J.” The J Journal is the St. Louis Jewish Community Center’s, or “the J,“ monthly newsletter. Mark is recognized for his charity work with Camp Sabra, the residential camping program sponsored by the J.
In his interview, Mark discusses being lifelong member of the J, with fond memories of swimming in the old pool and working out there in his youth. Mark’s wife Amy Cantor also works out at the J nearly every day. As the current Secretary on the Board of Directors of the J, he is responsible both for the Board of Director’s By-Laws and the selection of new Board Members. But more importantly, Mark serves as the Chairman for Camp Sabra, working to improve camp facilities and reach out to Sabra Alumni to increase community participation.
Camp Sabra is located in the Lake of the Ozarks and is the place to send your children to enhance their involvement in the Jewish community and culture while participating in the same exciting summer camp activities that summer camps are known for. All of Mark‘s children are Camp Sabra campers and he hopes to lead by example through his lifelong participation in the rich Jewish culture and tradition offered at “the J.”
It is with this same dedication and passion that Mark represents his clients each and every day.
