$950,862.00 Arbitration Award

After losing his fingers in a work-related accident at Home Depot, our client settled a long-running workers’ compensation case against the company for nearly $1 million. Mr. Dominguez was using a radial arm saw when he was bumped by a customer’s shopping cart. Several of his fingers were severed from his left hand during the accident. Mark Cantor fought for our client’s settlement, insisting on compensation for psychological damage in addition to his other awards.
